My weekly before and after-school creativity and mindfulness classes are for children aged 5-12 in Sydney.

Activities include poetry, circle time, journaling, craft, movement and meditation. These weekly sessions give kids a chance to build connections, practice and strengthen a grateful heart and grow a positive mindset.
