For K-6 boys & girls (must attend St Philip's) Friday mornings before school (1.15 -2.00pm) $180 for the term (9 weeks) Starting Monday 1st May 2023 These sessions include: * Weekly positive growth mindset themes * Gratitude journaling * Mindful Creating * Building Resilience * Breathing Strategies * Yoga movement * Sensory play * Short Meditation * Mindful moments of play A chance to be present & connect together. Practice building resilience & mindful calm Moments.
