St Michael’s Catholic Primary School Lane Cove - Term 2 2023 Mindfulness and Creativity Sessions on Mondays from 3 pm - 4 pm in a Demountable classroom on front playground Starting Monday, May 1st 2023 8-week term. $176 Please note: classes won't be running on the Queen's Birthday These sessions include: * Weekly positive growth mindset themes * Gratitude journaling * Mindful Creating * Building Resilience * Breathing Strategies * Yoga movement * Sensory play * Short Meditation * Mindful moments of play A chance to be present & connect together.
