For K-6 boys & girls (must attend St Mary's) Friday mornings before school (7.45 -8.30am) $180 for term (9 weeks) Starting Friday 5th May 2023 These sessions include: * Weekly positive growth mindset themes * Gratitude journaling * Mindful Creating * Building Resilience * Breathing Strategies * Yoga movement * Sensory play * Short Meditation * Mindful moments of play A chance to be present & connect together. Practice building resilience & mindful calm Moments.
