For K-6 boys & girls (must attend St Cecilia's Balgowlah) Tuesday evenings after school in the school library (3.10 am -4.10 am) $176 for the term (8 weeks) The term runs from Tuesday 2nd May 2023 These sessions include: * Weekly positive growth mindset themes * Gratitude journaling * Mindful Creating * Building Resilience * Breathing Strategies * Yoga movement * Sensory play * Short Meditation * Mindful moments of play A chance to be present & connect together. Practice building resilience & mindful calm Moments.
