Service Description

For K-6 boys & girls (must attend St Cecilia's Balgowlah) Monday mornings before school in the school library (7.45 am -8.30 am) $160 for the term (7 weeks) The term runs from Monday 1st May 2023 Please note: Classes will not be running on the Queen's Birthday and there is a Pupil free day May 15th These sessions include: * Weekly positive growth mindset themes * Gratitude journaling * Mindful Creating * Building Resilience * Breathing Strategies * Yoga movement * Sensory play * Short Meditation * Mindful moments of play A chance to be present & connect together. Practice building resilience & mindful calm Moments.
