Service Description

For K-6 boys & girls (must attend Maria Regina Catholic Primary, Avalon School) Monday evenings after school in the school library (3 pm - 4 pm) $198 for the term (9 weeks) The term runs from Monday 6th February These sessions include: * Weekly positive growth mindset themes * Gratitude journaling * Mindful Creating * Building Resilience * Breathing Strategies * Yoga movement * Sensory play * Short Meditation * Mindful moments of play A chance to be present & connect together.
